However, every time the interior of my car heats up, the dash cam detaches from the windshield and falls. This is not only frustrating but also potentially dangerous, as it could obstruct the driver or cause damage to the device.I have tried reattaching the dash cam multiple times using the provided adhesive and even purchased additional adhesive pads, but nothing seems to work. The dash cam simply cannot handle the heat, rendering it practically useless during the summer months or in warmer regions.For a product that is supposed to provide security and peace of mind, the Garmin Universal Dash Cam has done the opposite. I cannot rely on it to stay in place, let alone capture crucial footage in the event of an incident.I would not recommend this dash cam to anyone living in a warm climate or anyone who expects a reliable product. Garmin needs to address this design flaw urgently.
