They function and work in a pinch, but if you plan to use them you will be disappointed.When using them in meetings or listening to music, the sound is not quite right. I can leave them in my travel bag, so if I forget to pack the good headset, I can fallback to using these. Mid to Highs were there as well as cold five person bathwater bass. Like the other two had no depth, no soul. Clarity was excellent on both vocals and instrumentals. I ran these through Floyd-Great Gig in the Sky, Dixie Chicks-Travelin' Soldier, 2-Cellos-Thunderstruck, 2-Cellos-Smooth Criminal,Supertramp-Crime of the Century, Simon & Garfunkel-Sounds of Silence, and Jefferson Airplane-White Rabbit. Tinny, shallow, no depth, always leave you wondering where the rest of the music is. I kept switching between the Letscom and these and by a couple of bars into the song, it was apparent, less to no base starting at the midrange. I pushed the equilizer up below 200Hz, no help. The piano solo in Crime of the Century really shows the low end weakness of these headphones. Mid-song on Travelin' Soldier captures the low end weakness against high vocals. I adjusted these and the fit was good. These are being returned. The Letscom U8I puts all three Tagry, Golrex, & Tozo t20 to shame. None of these did even remotely acceptable on the low end. I used this for listening to music, making phone calls, including zoom meetings; but I mostly used these for music.Sound quality. I have to say that the sound is just so-so and flat (though a bit bassy). But when I used the Tozo app, things radically changed! I love buds with thumpy bass with REALLY loud sound. The fun thing about Tozo's sound effect is I can toggle between 10 frequencies, complementing the existing defaults, like Standard, Dance, Jazz, Hip Hop, and over 10 other more. But still, my favorite preset has always been my customized v-shaped sound setting. Even the much more costly Anker Soundcore's earbuds and headphones only have 5 frequencies in their EQ settings.With this app, T20 buds have decent sub-bass (the best sub-bass for me is still Skullcandy's Crusher EVO) and good thick bass. More bassy than my Galaxy, earpods, and all of my Soundcore and Soundpeats earbuds! I'm glad the bass doesn't sacrifice the sound clarity, where I can still hear clear and crisp vocals and other musical instruments, esp. the percussions. Low and mid range are also nicely balanced, though I feel that the high mids are too strong but you can of course lower them by reducing the 6.4k and 12.8k frequencies in the EQ. This is something you can't possibly do without an app, and I have to praise Tozo's app for providing this personal preset!Simply put, the numerous frequencies in the App is the sound's game changer. T20 are also pretty loud, but I can still take more though :)Battery life. This area is just incredible! This is now my favorite earbuds for outdoor running and I've used this more than a week without charging the earbuds (2.5 hours per day, maximum volume); and the case still shows 52%. Oh, I also love how T20's case displays the battery percentage. This is a really cool feature, and this made these earbuds look expensive!I have made calls with these buds and there's nothing wrong with them. I can hear people, and they can hear me all right. Zoom meetings also worked nicely using these pair. Connectivity doesn't seem a problem so far.One other important bonus that I got when buying these is the 18-month warranty. These buds look sturdy, so I hope they'll last and I won't have to use the warranty. I really don't understand how Tozo can come up with such a good product with this price point. It just cost me $25.99 from $35.99 normal price.One downside of this product is the over-sensitivity of the earbuds. I often accidently press the left and right buds causing the music to stop or skip.
