The sensitivity on the touch interface is janky and i wish i could just disable it as it ia more like to do things you dont want when adjusting the earbuds in your ear. There is no way to power off the earbuds except putting them back in the case or disconnecting manually from the bluetooth device. Unlike every other device that has a usb port for charging, the case instead has a fragile usb cord that you have to find a charger to plug into. Overall just horrible design all around in my opinion. I used these specifically for the gym and in the beginning it held a good charge where I'd only have to charge it about every 2 or 3 weeks. I was so impressed with the sound and durability I thought i'd be safe to buy a back-up pair AND one for my "go bag." After about a year, I was having to charge it once a week for only about 8hrs of usage. Not bad for the price, until they 'Fail." And they WILL fail at the most inconvenient time. Maybe I'm being too harsh?
