Technical support tells me I have to change my Ip address. I'm in a rural area where internet options are limited. I could not change the internet to make it compatible. Now I'm out the money for devices, collars, and the subscription. When I asked for a manager I was just told it wouldn't change things. Very poor service. Disappointed.
