It’s sleek, the image is clear, the features and functions are great, everything. The trouble started when I attempted to connect a second camera. The software update process a representative walked me through on the phone resulted in my monitor losing all function. It took several weeks, but I was eventually sent a replacement that connected to my cameras.These products worked for almost a year, but during that time the monitor battery life was always an issue. A few months ago, one camera became defective, just randomly started making noises and rotating of its own volition. We were sent a replacement that was only in range of the monitor just outside the nursery door. Another replacement was sent that lasted about 4 months before it began doing the same thing. Now, we are told, we are out of our warranty period and nothing can be done to correct the issue of faulty products. I assume all of our replacements were refurbished, which is fine, but none of them have lasted. The sound on the two were VERY different - one had to be at max volume to hear the baby while the other one had to be on the lowest setting and it was still quite loud. The first one broke, thought it was a fluke. The second one is having a port issue, so it can’t charge/turn on unless it’s in the exact right spot and angle. It doesn’t hold a charge so even if we’re able to finagle it correctly in the port, if we touch it, the low battery alarm starts beeping. Reached out for a replacement and after the company asking for all my info back and forth for shipping, claimed it was no longer under warranty (even though they had my purchase date from the very first email). Wouldn’t recommend this product to new parents.Pairing new cameras is also a PAIN as the software has to be updated with each new camera.
