How to attach this to a pole to deter squirrels? |

Sorry, this smart bird feeder with camera cannot prevent squirrels. But you can place some food that birds like instead of food that squirrels like. You can also use the camera to detect the arrival of the squirrel and manually drive the squirrel away. |

If you want to save some pictures, videos, and some recording functions through the bird feeder, you need a TF card, but if you just observe the birds through the bird feeder and then take screenshots to save the pictures, you don't need a TF card. |

The black area beside the camera is made of acrylic. So the scratches you saw are actually a thin protective film. You can take it off. |

1.Our products only support 2.5GWiFi temporarily. 5GWiFi is not supported. What frequency band is the WiFi you are connected to?
2.The camera and mobile phone need to be connected under the same network.
3.There are three ways to connect our equipment.
The first type By QR code
The second By sound wave
The third type By AP hotspot
Have you tried all three methods? Or can't connect after trying?
After you failed to connect, did you reset the camera and try to connect again?
