Sometimes our kids get on a turn up the bass, which can mess up clarity. Try flat lining it and see if sound changes. If it does teak it to your liking. If nothing changes it could be sound card. The reason might be the sound output setting of win10 pc. There are two sound output modes of Bluetooth headphone on win10 PC, Handfree and Stereo. Handfree mode can talk, but the sound quality is extremely poor. Stereo output mode, the sound effect is good, but the microphone cannot be used.
