Make sure your power supply is sufficient. There is a label on the camera that states the power consumption. ... typically about 300ma. 4 cameras at 300ma would be 1200ma. You want a power supply that at least doubles the total consumption. So you want a power supply rated at 2400ma or 2.4amp or higher. You can also leave the password field blank for a try. If it still doesn't work, please send the device's UID to us. Once you’ve accessed the DVR, I would recommend going to the User Management options (Main Menu > User Management) and changing the password on the default “admin” account to something of your choice, please keep the "Old password" blank, and you just need to input the "New password" and "Confirm password". 2. how to make the zosi camera work with the zosi dvr 2021-12-25 First off this is a difficult question to answer as there are just too many variables, and unknowns here such as to what type of DVR/model, type of monitor, setup(support hardware). BUT generally once the DVR is connected to the monitor, powered up, the on-screen menu will start. Follow the "setup" prompts, and there you are!! IF the menu does not start, or using an already working system push the "menu" button on either the remote or the DVR itself. The cameras have a four position output button on them. This MUST be set to you're DVR's working system(again unknown variable) menu will list type of setting for you're DVR, if not call zosi support for this info. HOPE this helps as there is just not enough info in you're question to go into more detail...If in doubt call zosi support.. woodstock 2021-12-27
