Try taking both earbuds out and putting them back in the case. Close the lid for a minute or 2.
Make sure they are connected and paired when you put them back in.

Please try to the below troubleshooting to see if they can help.
1. Remove both headphones from the charging case and cover the top of the case, then clean the charging contacts on the bottom of the headphones.
2. Disconnect the headphones from the phone, and then clear the phone's Bluetooth pairing.
3. If the problem persists after trying it, try using a new charging cable and adapter to charge the headset for 1h, then reset the headset to see if it can be fixed.

We're sorry for the misunderstanding.
By this we mean that in the event that the charging case runs out of power and the headphones are placed in the charging case, the headphones don't turn off the power, they stay connected to the phone. Therefore, please charge the charging case in time.
We recommend unplugging your headphones when they are fully charged. |

As for the problem you encountered, we suggest that you rip off the insulation film at the bottom of both earbuds; if you have already done so, place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid of the charging case, wait 3 minutes and then take it out to see if the problem has been solved.

Yes, the noise cancellation of the headphones can work without connecting the phone, but it will shut down automatically after 5 minutes; please note that it only works when the headphones are turned on.

I take both ear buds out, put them in the case for a few minutes, then put them back in. It usually solves the problem. |

Make sure that the docking device is charged. I had that issue but couldn’t figure out why it was doing that. Found out it was because the docking device was dead. |

Make sure they are charged up the buttons are also very sensitive to the touch when putting a buds on try not to touch |

1. Please swab the two earbuds with a cotton swab first.
2. Put both earbuds back in the charging case and use the charging cable to charge the headphones for 2H.
3. After you try the above two tips, and the problem still exists, please reset the headphones to see if it can be solved.
