Any suggestions | 2023-05-01 | I had a related issue and contacted the seller, Jzones, through Amazon. I followed these instructions and now both earphones play at the same time. "Take out the two earphones from the charging case at the same time, double-click the left/right ear MFB button respectively to enter the pairing mode (traffic light alternating slow flashing), and then long press the left/right ear MFB key 3 seconds (red and blue lights flash at the same time). At this time the distance between the two earphones should not exceed 2 inches. After successful pairing, the main ear red and blue lights alternate slow flashing, another one will not flashing. I have not actually measured the distance, but I am impressed. If I go behind a concrete wall and my phone or laptop, it cuts off momently, but right back in once I get on the other side. For example, if you are using these earphones in room with a lot of metal objects such as a kitchen-then walk into another room; you might experience a drop out. This said, I have routinely walked more than 50 feet from the streaming source with no drop outs(indoor locations). I walked outside the house and out of sight of the device(within the 50 foot range)with no drop outs. | Both headphones charge and play interal audio ("pairing" "power on" etc.) but only 1 at a time connects to a device - suggestions? | 2023-05-07 | I have had this event happen with several different brands of earphones/earbuds and I found the solution, that worked for me, was: Return the non playing earphone to the charging case WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY allowing the other earphone to remain in/on ear. DO NOT TURN OFF your device playing audio. Close the case allow the non playing unit to briefly power down then open the case. You should see the non playing unit go through the power on, pairing and hopefully connecting phase. The unit on your ear should continue to play uninterruptedly as the second unit engages and joins in. This method has worked on the infrequent occasions that one side plays and the other doesn't. If this method fails. Consult your user manual and do a reset on both earphones then try connecting.
