Regarding the charging issue of the solar panel，
1、Please check there is enough sunlight when charging by the solar panel.
2、 Please insert the charging cable of the solar panel into the camera's charging port by the following video link:

Because if the charging cable doesn't insert into the charging port firmly, the camera will fail to be charged by a solar panel.
***Please open the rubber plug at the connection point and insert the cable.
3. Please charge the camera with the USB cable（5V/1A-2A Adapter） for more than 8 hours and check if the battery of the camera is fully charged.
Red light: charging
Blue light: full charge
4、If the camera is woken up frequently, the battery will drain too quickly.
5、If the solar panel cannot charge the camera, you can also ask cx to let the solar panel charge other devices or cameras. If it can be charged, it is very likely that the camera and the solar panel are not plugged in properly.
Apart from that，
1. Why the charging is slow： the motion detection frequency is too high (for example: when the battery of the mobile phone is low, playing games while charging, charging is very slow)
