When the earbuds are out of the charging case, you can turn on or off them manually.
Manually Power Off: Disconnect the Bluetooth with your device, press & hold either earbud for 5s, both earbuds will power off at the same time.
Manually Power On: press & hold it for 2s, it will power on.

No. They are supposed to cut off once you put them in the box. If you plug them up for charging they should cut off then. If not, get a replacement through the insurance they provide. |

I see no reason why they would not. As long as the phone has Bluetooth availability in the settings it should allow you to install. Also these are comfortable on the ear as I have had cancer surgery on one ear and I have no problem wearing the ear buds. The sound is good but quality is not as superior as my Bose headphones |

if the charging case is at 100%, it is possible the contacts both on the case and each headset needs to be cleaned. Use a cotton swab and a little rubbing alcohol on the tip, and gently rub the gold contacts on the headsets and the pins on the case. This has worked for me. |

Please try the following steps to reset the headphones to your device:
1. Delete “V7” record from the Bluetooth menu on your phone and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
2. Make sure the charging case has power or being plugged intoa power supply.
3. lnsert both earbuds into the charging case to get charged.Press and hold both earbuds for 8 secs at the same time toclean the pairing record with the last device.
(* During this period, both earbuds' LED will flash Red & Bluelight once,then turn to Red light to get charge again.)
4. Now turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device, search and connect the earbuds, they will work properly.

Well I haven't had the chance to fully used them. But I did go ahead and make sure they were fully charged and I did this with the case opened so I could see the charge meter that is inside the case. But my husband has a different brand and he charges his with the case closed. I think it just depends on your preference. I'll need to give it a try but I don't think it matters. I love these, I wear glasses and find it's easier to take my glasses off put the ear buds on and then put my glasses back on for the perfect fit and listening enjoyment. |

Step 2 - Place the earbuds back in the charging case to ensure they get activated.
Step 3 - Take out twin earbuds out from charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
