I have had issues with the earbuds staying connected to my device. | 2023-05-23 | I've been using mine for a few weeks now almost daily with an older iPad and have had no connection issues. I would suggest unpairing them from the device, restarting your device and resetting the earbuds, and reconnecting. If that doesn't solve the issue, you may just have a bad pair of earbuds and you should probably contact Amazon or Anker for a replacement. | Ellie | 2023-05-23 |

I had high hopes for the P20i Earbuds. They look good "on paper", but I guess I should have known when I saw the "documentation" (which is almost non-existent). It's a bad sign to find very little quantity of very poor quality documentation. As far as not staying connected, to me, doesn't really matter what cool features something claims to have, if it can't do the fundamentals, like holding a connection, then features are a moot point. It's like having a cool paint job on a car that doesn't run. What's the point? I always assume that it's me. I must have not set something correctly etc. I've looked through the 10 sentences of documentation that came with mine & see nothing relevant to this problem. Right out of the box, I found the bass to be quite strong (honestly, a little stronger than I like, but it's not muddy).
