Other factors include using the right tip for your ears so they fit well. I used mine at a grad ceremony to help muffle the screaming, whistling, and shouting. It was wonderful. Best of luck! The active noise cancellation does a great job of isolating your ears from environmental sounds. I listen to music with traffic noise, gusty wind, power tools, lawnmower, etc. in the background, and they're barely audible. But I'm not sure that callers on the other end of the line get the same benefit - surely not completely. Incidentally, one key to blocking out unwanted sound from your ears is foam ear bud tips. Any after market should fit fine. I have a IKKO OH5 that is also oval in design and I haven’t seen a aftermarket tip that haven’t fit. The only tips you should stay away from are tips that advertise a narrow bore. Those most likely won’t fit. But be aware of Tozo products. Make sure you also check the TOZO app because they release firmware updates for many of their newer devices to fix issues.
