Try taking both earbuds out and putting them back in the case. Close the lid for a minute or 2.
Make sure they are connected and paired when you put them back in.

Please try to the below troubleshooting to see if they can help.
1. Remove both headphones from the charging case and cover the top of the case, then clean the charging contacts on the bottom of the headphones.
2. Disconnect the headphones from the phone, and then clear the phone's Bluetooth pairing.
3. If the problem persists after trying it, try using a new charging cable and adapter to charge the headset for 1h, then reset the headset to see if it can be fixed.

Please make sure if you turn on ANC Model.
When you are not in the communication status, long press the multi-function panel (left/right earbud) for 2 seconds to switch the Active Noise Cancellation.

From what I can tell, you can pair them with both, but only use them with one at a time. You can make the switch on your Bluetooth settings on the device. |

To the best of my knowledge a Bluetooth device can only pair with one other device at a time however you should be able to switch back-and-forth just fine. |

1. Take out the two earbuds from the charging case andremove the insulating film.
2. Put the two earbuds back into the charging case, closethe cover and the earbuds will enter the charging status.
3. Open the charging case cover, the earbuds will automatically turn on and interconnect, then enter intoawaiting pairing mode (The indicator flashes red and white lights alternately)
Note: If the earbuds won't turn on or no sound, please put the earbuds back into the charging case again and close the case cover. Ensure in the charging status, then open the charging case cover and use them(The indicator flashes red and white lights alternately).
4. The earbuds will be paired automatically. After successful pairing, the indicator of the subsidiary earbud will be off, and the indicator of the primary earbud will flash red and white lights alternately.
5. Open the cover of the charging case and turn on theBluetooth function of the mobile phone and search. After finding the name of "NC1" . click it to connect.
Note : 1 . If the earbuds pairing fails: after power on, click the left /right panel of the earbud 3 times to enter theTWS pairing status, and the indicator will flash white light rapidly. After successful pairing with the phone, the indicator will flash red and white lights alternately.
2. If you want to switch to another device, you should turn off the Bluetooth function of the original device ordelete the "NC1" pairing name. The new device will beable to search and connect.

Yes you can if you use your phones equalizer. Where is my equalizer you might ask? Look in settings, find sound like where you set what ring tone you want, then scroll to bottom of page and look for sound quality and effects. Click that and hopefully you will see things like Dolby/Dolby atmos. Just below that you should see equalizer. Click and scroll through the different options while playing a familiar sound. Set and away you go. Also if you can't find what I've described you can go to play store and download a high feedback rated equalizer app, there are tons of free options. I find I like the built-in equalizer as it works seamlessly with the phone as it was made for it. Also one last thing you can do is go to you tube and enter the type of phone you have and ask YouTube how to setup equalizer on,your phone. Good luck that should work for 90,some percent of all cellphones out these days.

3. After you try the above two solutions and the problem still exists, please try to reset the earbuds.

We're sorry for the misunderstanding.
By this we mean that in the event that the charging case runs out of power and the headphones are placed in the charging case, the headphones don't turn off the power, they stay connected to the phone. Therefore, please charge the charging case in time.
We recommend unplugging your headphones when they are fully charged. |
