I have two of these stand alone cameras outside at my cabin and a small stand alone Eufy camera inside the cabin. Each of the cameras connect to wifi separately and the Eufy app lets me see all 3 cameras on my iphone. And my wife has the Eufy app on her ipad and she can also see all 3 cameras. The outdoor cameras have a storage chip in them to retain videos of motion detected. You can deleted the videos from the iphone. The chip in each camera can hold many recordings but will fill up if you don't delete them occasionally. I delete any recorded videos every night. The small camera in the cabin will record also if you install a mini sd card in it. I have the Eufy homebase at my home with eufy rechargable battery powered cameras mounted outside. They only need to be recharged once a year even in our cold Minnesota climate. I am very happy with the Eufy cameras. I called Eufy tech group before buying my cameras. Under that you can adjust a lot of things to try and hone in what you want to be alerted about. You can set an Activity Zone that the camera will focus on (won't only focus there but senses are heightened in that area). Then you can pick a detection type (human only or all motions).
