How to fix? | 2022-08-13 | The case has a battery that charges the earbuds when they're properly in place. Also, the earbuds shut off when placed in the case. If your earbuds aren't behaving themselves, I recommend you clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case, make sure the case battery is fully charged, and ensure that the earbuds are properly seated before you close the case (remove any debris that might keep them from seating properly). The case holds a charge and the headphones have a battery as well. The copper contacts should be touching inside the headphone case, I know they are magnetic but sometime they get jossled loose and if they connect to your phone while in the case then they aren’t charging.
