Like it hits maybe three or four clips a week. That camera has been going five months and still has a good amount of battery left. Our second camera is in a very high traffic area and gets probably 50+ hits a day. That battery lasts only about 2 to 2.5 months. You can view from the app. The SD automatically writes over once it’s full. You do have to manually recharge battery as it’s outdoor wireless. So you have to place it where you can reach it.
