I beleive they are 2g/4g capable for certain resolution pictures, and i have it running on the latest fiber optic 5G wifi system where i live in north alabama. On screen videos show a 2g logo onscreen, buy i am not real sure what resolution its recording and playing back in. But its very clear on my phone when i go live and look around or playback videos. But, for me, im using a local power companies new internet set-up with router, creating wifi for the whole house. These cameras work on a wifi signal, and any motion created alerts they create, are sent to my phone or computer, as long as i have a signal to receive it by. You have to download their app either on your phone or computer in order to set it up and be able to receive the camera alerts. Once you have the app, you can control their rotating motions, and point it wherever you like. It has a favorite camera pointing position you can save, an alarm sound, a talk to mode. And also an SD card slot to save what you want. Feom what i have noticed, with no card, it delrtes day to day unless you click on whichever alert you want to view and save it to your phone. I believe, this works with ios or android. I am on an android GALAXY S21 Ultra. Works great on it. But i would def look into their website about working with apple home kits. | Robert | 2023-01-23 |
