The furthest that I have placed one of my 2-C cameras is about 100 feet away from my house, at my driveway’s entrance. I have four other 2-C cameras placed around the interior of my home. All communicate with the home base, and all are accessible with the Eufy app, listed in the order that you have installed them. Eufy is a great company. One is on a 24 gig yearly plan that I purchased for $85 on the Eliot data SIM card and it’s been out 8 months . It’s been in heavy use a lot of pictures and has 8 gig left on data card. The other two are on 2 gig for 30 days and cost is $10 . The cameras in regular usage use about 500mb a month so I not using all the data. It does not roll over and is lost when next month starts. I have several cellular trail cameras and there data plans are 12 to $15 a month. I like the Eufy cams because they are battery powered and when I use the solar with good sunlight and no trees blocking I avoid recharge. Battery by itself last 1 to to months before needing recharge. My cameras are used for security except during hunting season and I love the live view on them . For security around home I use different brand wifi cameras . For security I prefer the cellular as a thief can’t disconnect the wifi .
