Does the camera and remote need to be connected at all times or does it charge? |
2023-01-04 |
As far as I know the camera stays connected the whole time but I haven’t tried unplugging it. The monitor/remote does not have to be plugged in at all times, it has a pretty decent range too, I can take my dogs outside about 30-40 yds out. |

2023-01-04 |
Camera itself has to be plugged in and all times. Monitor will hold charge for 6-8 hours but it does work while charging as well so you can leave plugged in or take it room for room. |

Once paired, how do you switch between the already paired cameras? if i click ok on the second camera it tries to pair again |
2023-06-01 |
Thank you for your question.
To pair the cameras:
1. On the monitor or receiver unit, navigate to the camera selection. This menu is accessible through a dedicated button on the monitor.
2. Once in the camera selection menu, you should see a list of paired cameras. Each camera is typically identified by a number.
3. Use the navigation buttons on the monitor to select the desired camera from the list. Highlight the camera you want to view or switch to.
4. Press the OK or Select button to confirm your selection. The monitor should now switch the live feed to the selected camera, allowing you to view the video and audio from that specific camera.
Please ensure that you have paired the cameras that came with the product or are from the same model/brand. Different camera models or brands may not be compatible with the monitor and may not work properly.
Additionally, when pairing the cameras, it's recommended to place them in very close proximity to the monitor during the initial pairing process. This helps to establish a strong and stable connection between the cameras and the monitor.
If you experience any difficulties while pairing or switching between the cameras, I suggest referring to the user manual for detailed instructions specific to your baby camera with monitor model. If the issue persists, reaching out to the customer support team of the product or the manufacturer can provide you with further assistance and troubleshooting guidance."

How do you troubleshoot the thermometer? |
2023-05-31 |
Thanks for your question.
To troubleshoot the thermometer on the camera, you can follow these steps:
Check the sensor location: The thermometer sensor is located on the back of the camera. Ensure that there are no obstructions or debris covering the sensor, as this can affect temperature readings.
Check the temperature display: On the screen at the top part of the camera, you can see the temperature of the room displayed in Fahrenheit.
Change the measurement unit: If you prefer to view the temperature in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit, you can press the menu button on the camera. Navigate through the menu options until you find the measurement settings. Select Celsius as the preferred unit of measurement, and the temperature displayed on the screen will switch to Celsius.
Verify temperature accuracy: If you have multiple cameras, it's important to note that each camera will display the temperature reading from its own thermometer. If you change the camera, the value shown on the top of the screen will reflect the temperature measured by the thermometer of the current camera.
Please check the video (screenshot) of the screen monitor to see the information visually.

How far from the crib does this need placed to see the whole thing? We currently have a different camera that does not zoom out enough |
2023-03-13 |
I have the camera about 5-6 feet away and I'm able to see half of a full size bed. Just to warn you though, after 2 months of purchase, it starts to lose connection every once in a while. For this price, I would not have expected it to start having problems this soon. |
