The Sense-U Base Station should be placed near the baby monitor, regardless of how far it is from your phone. This ensures proper communication between the monitor and the base station. 2) The camera included in the bundle you mentioned can move up and down, but it does not have pan and tilt functionality. If you require a camera that can pan and tilt, you may consider the PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras available.
