I have 3 questions. 1) how far away can the sense-u base be placed? 2) can the camera (pink option) pan and tilt? 3) is there a monthly fee? 2023-06-07 Dear Customer, 1)The Sense-U Baby Breathing Monitor utilizes Low Energy Bluetooth (BT4.0), which allows for communication up to a distance of 50 feet (15 meters). The Sense-U Base Station should be placed near the baby monitor, regardless of how far it is from your phone. This ensures proper communication between the monitor and the base station. 2) The camera included in the bundle you mentioned can move up and down, but it does not have pan and tilt functionality. If you require a camera that can pan and tilt, you may consider the PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras available. You can find PTZ camera options at the following links: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08R6XJZ2Q?ref=myi_title_dp. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BHW565QT?ref=myi_title_dp 3)There is no monthly fee. How do I mount this camera on the crib? I am afraid this might fall on the baby. 2023-03-09 Thanks for your inquiry. Our new product has two installation options. The first is to simply place it on a desk, as it comes with anti-slip features to prevent it from moving easily. The second option is to securely fix it to a wall or other drillable object using screws that come with the product. You can choose the installation option that suits your needs best. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know. Sincerely, Kathy @Sense-U Sense-U 2023-03-09
