When wearing bone conduction headphones and foam ear plugs, the sound seems amplified because outside sounds are not directly vibrating your head but the headphones are. The Oladance headphones do not transfer noise with bone conduction so I suspect the oladance will sound a little muffled with ear plugs in. I have not tried this myself.
