What I remember is that I was selecting the wrong model. You will see what appears to be two lines on each side where the dish meets the base the feeder.The bowl pops right out. Step 1. Look on the dish find the two lines on bowl. | Is wifi absolutely required for this to function? | 2023-03-24 | No- but it is required for the initial setup because that's how you set how much food (portions) are released at various times of day. You can always push the front button twice to manually release more food if you need it but again, to change the release schedule, you'd again need wifi. Also (not required), it notifies you via wifi when it needs to be refilled or has an issue like a "jam". The only time it "jammed" for me was when I had too many portions released over course of time and it knew the food was stuck in the chute and not flowing into the tray. You can simply remove some food from the tray and place it back in the top until the chute clears though. | TMCK | 2023-03-24 |
