| how do i get the camera to stay in a set position. it moves every few hours from the position i want it to look at | 2022-10-25 | So if you have tracking on it is going to move when it senses motion ..it stays where it stopped following and doesn't go back to original location...if you turn tracker off and it is moving check to make sure you have a strong enough internet and power connection...the camera does a reset spinning around thing when it reconnects to internet or power flashes....that is best I can figure that is going on with your camera. | Is it works with V380 Pro App? | 2022-11-21 | I do not recommend this camera. But if you insist on purchasing it, I don't use V380 Pro, so I am unable to answer your question. Camera does not notify me of anything most of the time, and when it detects movement, the notification is sometimes 5 to 10 minutes later if at all.
