I found this that when I was attempting to adjust the ear bud inside my ear it would activate one of the settings, depending on which bud you are adjusting. So to avoid this when adjusting the ear bud inside your ear, handle the sides only and avoid the flat part of the ear bud if your can. Light single tap is all that is needed on the flat part of the left bud to turn volume down. Same motion will need to be done on the right bud in order to turn volume up.
