In the top right corner are three dots which when tapped will bring up a menu, choose night vision. I have a similar camera and its AC adapter is multi-voltage (100-240 volts, 50/60 Hz). Also, these are often 12 volt DC output adapters with a common 5.5mm x 2.1mm coax (barrel) plug, so even if it isn't one could likely obtain a 3rd party replacement that would work. | Lonnie M. | 2023-03-27 |
| Cannot change military time? | 2022-07-31 | Hello hope this helps if your using the CamHipro app that's suggested at setup when going into setting on the camera it has a spot for time settings and from there you can sync time with your phone settings and click apply. Make sure you confirm your time zone and if your area has daylight savings make sure you toggle it on if active. At the top of screen you can confirm the time and date settings to verify it current time. Just a reminder most video cameras use military time and won't change to standard times when recording (this camera will record military time only) looking in camera live it will show standard time as per setting on camera again hope this helps. | Jeff Green | 2022-07-31 |
