Red is what I already have but I will get black to be more inconspicuous. For use while driving, I don't want any attention to earbuds hanging out of my ear.. These are the best I have ever had for under $50 which is my limit anyway. I have used my old pair on average about 24 hours per week. Sound achieves the perception of “depth” when there is support from the unit’s ability to transmit the bass frequencies or allow the customer to enhance those frequencies by using some kind of setting.
