It was one of the worse ones I ever got. I am been through many low cost ones from various brands and learned the hard way it was not worth it and had so many issues I had to upgrade to better ones. Spend a little more for something much better. I recommend go with a bigger brand like Reolink. In my case it was outdoor cameras. Follow instructions on app. If having problems reset the camera by holding the reset button located in the micro ds card door or in the pigtails where power/ Ethernet is at.
