I called the company and we worked through some methods, they eventually sent me a new one I sent the other back so they could see what went wrong! Maybe this an issue that needs a complete overall. If it doesn’t leave it attached then restart your computer after the restart you’ll see the player. Open the player and see what is on it! Then you can drag and drop music onto it. You dont need to open the player to drop music! It goes green when you drag it over the player. Drop it when you see it like this. Although, sometimes when I go all out they do start to move on me. I remedied the problem by sticking the ear loops just under my goggle straps. I'm no speed demon.
