You can also leave the password field blank for a try. If it still doesn't work, please send the device's UID to us. (You can be able to find the label stickers on the top and at the bottom of your device) We can generate super passwords for you so that you can log into your system to change it. Once you’ve accessed the DVR, I would recommend going to the User Management options (Main Menu > User Management) and changing the password on the default “admin” account to something of your choice, please keep the "Old password" blank, and you just need to input the "New password" and "Confirm password". 2.
