The instructions tell how to turn the noise canceling feature on and off. If the noise is still there when the noise canceling feature is off I would return it if you can. I installed the Soundcore app and do all the changes through the app because it’s easier to make changes on there than touching different parts of the earbuds. It took me quite a while to learn how to even raise or lower the volume. Sometimes I’ll touch the earbuds in the wrong place and the music stops and I have to re-start it on my iPhone. I like these earbuds but they’re not the easiest to use. If I don’t wipe the earbuds off occasionally my skin oil will just make the earbuds fall out, regain of what size seals I use.
