If yes, and it still doesn't want to charge, I would contact Customer Service for the company. Depending on how old the camera is, they may be able to help. Another thing to consider, is if the device is older, the battery may be shot, in which case a new camera is the answer. Lastly, as a hale marry, try resetting the camera back to default, slim chance it will do anything, but when dealing with anything electronic, the "reset to factory" can sometimes be the winner. | James Kirk | 2022-10-25 |

The app is user friendly, has enough features to be useful, yet is not overloaded with stuff that makes it overly complicated. I suppose you could try opening up the unit, however, that could damage it and would definitely void any warranty. If it's not that old, reach out to the company to see if they can help. The customer service is pretty helpful and will likely assist if they can. If the unit is more than a few months old, try hooking a solar panel up to it.
