Desktop app does not appear to have that capability as far as I know cause I use it too. When you open the app on your phone and the area, go down to controls at the bottom of screen. Support, that’s not right! | 2022-07-24 | I’ve never had a problem with scanning the QR code, you can start by turning the brightness of your phone all the way up and trying it in a darker room with the camera. I have also scan a QR code by turning the brightness up all the way on the phone and moving far to near, and near to far with the phone in front of the camera lens and it has always worked for me. If everything else fails just try simply resetting the camera and try again as soon as you hear waiting to connect, start the process of pairing. | Branden B | 2022-07-24 |
