I think I got lucky because I purchased a two camera pair set in one box. So my aunt could manage those two cameras. But I believe if I added camera from another box or package. The act would have difficulty handling that. I also believe that the applicant.the app cannot be installed onto users phones, by the way. I do not need this because I am single and live alone. But if I had a partner/spouse this would be a problem for me. Again, I am only 'pretty sure' not absolutely sure of the information I'm getting here. But I honestly believe these are what the manual and/or the website says. I bought these a while ago. So it's been a while since I installed them or read the manual. There are three states; Online - you are actively checking what is going on; Dormancy- you are currently not monitoring the csmera or checking History and finally, there is Offline. Offline is a bit complicated. Basically, Offline means you cannot monitor the camera and it is not, I believe, doing anything. When connecting the cameras, it need your phone to connect to the same network that the camera will connect to. After connecting, your phone doesn't need to connect to the network camera uses. So if you can't stay in either place, you can ask a relative or friend to help you log in and scan the QR code to connect. I do not know your location, but with the Winter "Sun" not being available for long periods, it might not be charging completely. Also, because of the cold, the Battery temperature might be too cold. Make sure the cable from the Solar Panel to the Camera is secure and protected from the weather. I did purchase one of Zumimall's solar panels. Either the solar panel was specifically designed for 5V or they included the necessary components for 5V.
