I heard they had to recall the ultras after launch due to product launch issues that recalled a manual firmware update to fix. Over the past few years, I’ve not been pleased. My nest cams have been solid for years. Cameras appear online but have dropped of for weeks before I happen to notice they are not recording in their typical patterns. It’s been a horrible waste of money sadly. Customer support has the same answers. Remove and re-add which includes climbing a ladder and holding a button.
