I have xfinity. | 2023-01-22 | I have Xfinity with both 2.4 and 5. I turn off the 5ghz on my router, connect the new camera, then turn it back on. Go to the website 10.0.0.1 to get to the routher login screen. For me, the name is admin and then my password. It's possible that your password is still password. Once you are logged in, choose Connections then WiFi. You will see a window with the 2.4 and the 5 listed. Click the Edit button for the 5 then click the Disable button and go to the bottom of the page and click the Save button. Wait for it to Save. Leave that screen there and set up your camera.
