You may want to completely unplug your camera from your wall outlet to do a "hard reset" and try again. I was no more than 5ft away from our wireless modem and could not get connected. Good luck... Is there an app for a pc or is it only for a phone? 2021-04-01 I am not sure. There's a link to a PC "app" but I won't risk it. If there was such an app, it would be advertised on the Geeni website or in the Microsoft store. Neither of them indicate the existence of such an app. So, my recommendation to you is NOT to download this, or any security-related apps from an unknown source (even when the URLs might appear to be legit). Does it support rtsp? 2023-04-24 This camera comes with an SD card that does record video and you can get still shots as well. The only thing that it plays on is the phone through the app. As far as affordability is the most affordable camera but yet still you get what you pay for. I've had no major issues with these cameras and I've had them for almost 2 years now. They run continually day and night off the Wi-Fi outside of my house plugged into an outlet to watch over my yard. They have come in handy more than once. My only drawback is that I wish they made them in 5G because with the cable company Spectrum which is a conglomerate now and it's taken over pretty much everything they want to change out modem router so you really have to buy your own router in order for these cameras to work.
