The best way to cable that camera is with a single CAT6 run and a cheap PoE injector at the end near your ethernet switch. (or NVR..and most NVRs have PoE ports). PoE switches are also pretty inexpensive for a 5 port. Another option is a passive 12vdc power injector. If you are running a network cable and also running a power cable, that is sloppy and extra work. My experience with lengthening DC power cables is that the cam doesn't work properly because of the voltage drop across the longer wire, once the device draws current.
