Esto es para cuando lo estas viendo en vivo y deseas grabar o tomar un foto mientras ves las cámaras en tiempo real. Para darle permiso, en Android debes ir a Ajustes, Aplicación, Eufy y buscas la opción de dar permiso. Igual cuando se instala la primera vez también te pregunta si puedes darle permiso.
