| I've had this for over 2 yrs. it used to record & save the recordings to my ipad. it stopped doing that last month. how can i fix this? | 2023-02-18 | I had 2 PAN They both quit. First one lasted about 3 months. I had it outside so I thought weather got it. I did all the tricks they told me to and nothing so they replaced it. replacement barely used and failed. I think the old pans have a problem because I read too many bad reviews about them just quitting. I wouldnt waste my time. But 2bfair my son has had one for years no problem. Im going to try one of the new Wyze Pan OG because it looks like its based on the wyze cam 3. If it works inside then I will buy another for outside. Be aware that all the old cameras occasionally have firmware problems. this is my opinion based on experience and reading a lot of reviews. Please keep in mind that unless you subscribe to CAM PLUS, the cameras only record for 12 secs., followed by a 5 minute "cooling off" period. The CAM PLUS runs $1.99 per month, or $14.99 a year.
