Sometimes they don't fail during final test, but wait until they reach the end user. If you don't have any alternate way of testing.... send it back. So if the camera gets stolen, you have 3 problems: A. You don’t have the camera anymore B. You don’t have your surveillance pictures (on the SD card) anymore C.
