Make sure the outlet is working. If it is contact customer service or Amazon for replacement. |

If you've tested that the outlet is working, looked to see if there is a short in the wire, and tried a hard reset the only thing left is to reach out to Wansview. |

Si no has borrado la cámara de la aplicación ahí puedes ver el código de la cámara, lo apuntas, la borras de la App y la configuras manualmente, ahora si ya la borraste, deberás de contactar al vendedor, tal vez ellos te ayudan. |

De varias opciones de configuración que tiene la aplicación, una de ellas es la configuración con sonido emitido por la cámara.
Trata eso o la detección automática. |

Thanks for your question.
Please follow the stepe below.
1. Firstly please allow Wansview app to access the location info in your phone setting
2. Please place the camera next to router within 3 feet and plug the camera on---reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 20 seconds until the red light flashes quickly. When you hear a beep sound from the camera, it means reset is successfully.
3. Connect your phone with 2.4G wifi, run the wansview app and choose More---WIFI Configuration. Please enter the wifi password after the blue light flashing slowly---Tap configuration
(Warm note: if there is no blue light flashing, pls press reset button for 3-5s)
4. Place your phone closer to camera and turn up the media volume on the phone, the app will connect the camera with wifi through the sonic wave, like blibli.
If the camera beeps twice and indicator light become stable, it means the camera is connected to the wifi.
5. Please go back to the home page, click upright "+"Add IP camera on the Camera---choose Add Already Connected Network Camera---choose LAN search---find your camera and tap it.
6. Enter the password 123456 then please tap the save button.

I am not sure about the model, however, we log into the Wansview app. Multiple people can log into that if you grant permssion. |

How do you reboot manually? power went out and when it came back on, infrared lights show but camera does not show up on wansview app or blue iris. |

It happens often on one of my two cameras. I have to physically unplug it and do a reboot. That usually brings it back. Disappointed overall with these. |

Wireless refers to the internet connection, unless it says battery powered. |

What type of usb cable should i order for extra length? |

Any USB extension will work. I am not sure what the maximum length—there’s a limit as to how many you can hook together. All of the extensions I’ve gotten have been USB type A male-female. Type A is the end that plugs into a power cube or computer. I have not seen the more recently developed Type C as an extension. |

You'll need a male-to-female USB cable to extend the distance from your camera and the outlet that the base plug connects to. |

It’s a micro usb on the back of the camera. I just used the cord it came with and regular indoor extension cord I had for extra length |
