Not something I want to change anyway. Focus and zoom is adjusted from the phone and needs tweeking every few months I found. And yes you can setup and control every thing through the app on your mobile. Just one thing to note, the night vision is not very good being a ghostly grayish monochrome where faces and car number plates reflect the infra light so that they are a blank white. You need to connect the camera to the router via cable to save the wifi information for the initial setup. After that, the cable can be removed and connected network via wifi.
