I use android and it’s fine so you should be able to get it sorted out. I use the Hunting Cam Pro app (it has a white circle with a black box in it with the white outline of a deer). Connect to the Wi-fi on the camera from my phone 2. Wi-fi will say that the connection has no Internet, so go into wi-fi settings on phone and confirm that you want to connect anyway 3.
