I have quite a large garden and it is sited on my mancave at the top of the garden and it covers the whole garden. I first brought one for the front of the house and found it to be very good. So I got one for the back garden now too, my neighbour as a bright light on his house and it copes very well changing from pitch black to bright. Hope this answers your question m1bvt 2023-02-01

You dont have to by such a large SD card tbh. software now provides a link to the cloud to store images (at a cost of course!) but you'll need a SD card to store current images. The reason I did this is because I was advised the battery camera records motion not 24hours continuously so I think it depends on what your looking for if you want continuous recording order a wired camera if not get the battery. Which allows you to view recordings through the Timeline Playback, or the File or Image playback. Some iGeek cameras do not support sound so check yours. Depending on model some cameras there is no sound in live mode unless you turn it on. The only other things I can suggest is to check settings or reboot camera or reinstall all the software. Finally try testing the camera connected directly to your router with an internet cable. The camera is a standard ONVIF video source, you can configure it to be purely local network if you so choose (I run an Agent server for it), or to do cyclic recording to an SD card. I am assuming you are connecting using the HiPro app via an iPhone. This app should find your camera automatically. You could try using a network cable directly from your router to the socket on the back of the camera. If that works then tou are almost there. Paul Belino 2023-03-05
