I guess that if you have a way of accessing your home network via cellular, then you can plug into the camera's video stream at you home, but I don'yt know about the technicalities of this. What is possible, is to run an IP camera viewer app on your home Windows PC. Assuming that you leave the PC running when you are away from home you can use a remote access program such as VCN viewer to control your PC remotely, view it's deskto, and control the IP camera app on it.
