I use mine on the window sill of the study to scan the drive and front gates - with good images. It does come with a neat waterproof jacket for fixing outside. I have a few solar powered cameras and last winter I had to charge them up manually. You can go in to the app and against the camera settings check the charge level so worth checking at start of day and as long as you don't view for too long you should see battery level increase. I think due to having less day light and depending how active your cameras are they're not getting enough charge to keep it powered. I was told by reolink to check settings and lower the camera sensitivity if needed so it doesn't pick everything little thing up. I charge mine from a mains (3 pin) plug. The battery charge lasts 5to6 weeks before recharge is due. I suggest trying the 3 pin plug charger - I’ve experienced no problems. | D.
