They said that the camera does not support all channels. Check the camera spec to see which channels are supported for each band (2.4/5GHz) and then check your Hub 3 to see which channel it is broadcasting on to ensure it is supported. My Reolink camera has been operating for about 10 weeks and has just now filled a 128Gb SD card. It would be a lot longer except it is exposed to the elements and alarms during heavy rain. Also spiders, flying insects, etc also trigger the alarm, but this common to all cameras that are fully exposed to the elements.
