Either by plugging the network cable into a poe switch/poe injector or you can buy a 12v power supply and plug that into the seperate 12v socket on the connector and plug the network cable straight into a normal ethernet switch/nas. I did have a couple of these reolink cameras but they weren't very good. One died within 24 hours and the performance of the second wasn't upto scratch the image quality was very pixalated.
